New Asset Management job aid
FINJA 146: Errored Status in the Asset Integration Process: When you search for asset load lines in the Pre-AM table or Interface table, you may notice a load line that has a Load Status of “Errored”. This job aid explains the different reasons why a load line can have a Load Status of “Errored” and what you can do to correct it.

New Asset Management Job Aids:

FINJA 153: Running and Using the AM Integration Queries: This job aid shows how to run two queries. One query searches the Pre-AM table for load lines, the other searches the Interface table for load lines. This job aid also shows how to use these queries to process load lines in the Pre-AM table and Interface tables. Posted 6/23/07
FINJA 145: Capital vs. Stewardship Assets: This job aid helps you determine whether an asset is a Stewardship or Capital asset based on its cost and Profile ID. Posted 6/27/08
FINJA 151: Entering FY08 Asset Transactions in OAKS Asset Management: This job aid is a guide for entering FY08 asset transactions in OAKS Asset Management. Then you can sort and filter the report data to meet your agency's budget needs. This job aid helps you use Excel PivotTables to organize the data in the report. Posted 6/26/08
