Welcome to OAKS! The Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS) is a software package that will transform and improve the way Ohio does business.

In this course, you'll get an introduction to OAKS Human Capital Management or HCM. HCM includes human resources, time and labor, benefits, and payroll activities - such as hiring employees, entering time, enrolling in benefits, and paying employees.
