This course is a prerequisite for attending any of the OAKS Human Resources, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Payroll courses. In this course, participants will learn the key concepts of the OAKS Human Capital Management (HCM) as well as the basic functionality of OAKS HCM modules.

This course emphasizes how OAKS HCM supports the entire life cycle of an employee, from hiring through pay increases, leaves of absence, and so on through the employee’s separation. OAKS reporting tools will also be introduced in this course to help you find and use information in OAKS.
