The FIN Release 6 implementation will include the following modules: Purchasing, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, eProcurement, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for these modules.

Once the asset module has been implemented, who will handle our system related questions?

The current plan is to have an individual at each agency that will serve as the primary contact for OAKS related questions. The next level will be to contact the OAKS Help Desk where a trouble ticket will be generated and routed to the appropriate source for resolution if needed.
Q.
Will the Fixed Asset Management System (FAMS) continue to exist after the asset management implementation?
A.
All asset records maintained on FAMS will be converted to OAKS and FAMS will no longer be supported.
